Studio Project: Aluminum Insect Sculpture
- Monday: Finish Journal Planning Pages and Sculpture Notes Page. Cleaning up from clay. Ceramic Pinch Pots Due today.
- Tuesday: Demo on building and armature; begin building insect armature. Sculpture Notes Page and your Insect Sculpture Planning Pages are due.
- Wednesday: Complete armatures and begin applying aluminum surface to insect sculptures. At least 5 aluminum cans due today. Extra credit on journal: bring in extension cord.
- Thursday-Friday: Work on Insect sculptures.
ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BRING IN ALUMINUM CANS AND PLASTIC DRINK BOTTLES – ALL CLEANED, PLEASE! (These will be used on our next project.)
